The countdown is on until ResponseTap heads to the UK’s leading marketing event.
The B2B Marketing Expo is a bustling exhibition designed to showcase the latest products, services and systems that the industry has to offer. So it hopefully comes as no surprise that a team of our own call intelligence specialists will be attending to help marketers optimise campaign investments and call conversions.
With more than 200 suppliers in the vast hall, this is always a packed out show. So, if you’re thinking of heading to Excel London on 28-29 March, go straight forward from the visitor entrance, and look out for us on stand B540, right near the networking area.
We’ll have demo pods enabling you to try our call intelligence software for yourself, as well as a first-hand look at some of our newest features including the Integrations Centre.
Commenting on what’s on offer, ResponseTap’s marketing manager Lucy Hardaker explains: “Everything we do is designed to seamlessly link the online customer journey with offline phone calls, to uncover greater insights that drive effective marketing ROI attribution and improved customer experience.”
But the ResponseTap stand won’t just be about tech – there’s the opportunity to glean knowledge too, via one-to-one chats with some of ResponseTap’s own marketing experts.
Elaborating on the insight available on the stand, ResponseTap’s head of marketing Nick Ashmore elaborates: “The job of savvy marketers is to capture, leverage and make sense of big data to optimise journeys, improve engagement and increase conversions. But with so much focus on digital marketing campaigns, the danger is that marketers find themselves with a blind spot if a prospect or customer picks up the phone. Call intelligence helps bridge what has previously been an ‘untrackable’ gap, and presents B2B marketers with more click-call-convert opportunities than ever before.
“We’ll therefore be on hand to share anecdotal examples of different B2B marketing scenarios, to illustrate the power of connecting various online and offline touchpoints throughout an individual’s journey. We want marketers to leave armed with practical tips that they can start to action when they get back to work.”
The B2B Marketing Expo runs alongside the Sales Innovation Expo. Entry to the event is free, but pre-registration is advised.
